The love of exercising power has been found to be so universal, that no class of men who have possessed authority have been able to avoid abusing it. During his 23 year political career John Dalli abused the power entrusted to him on many occasions. He is not fit to be EU Commissioner

The world has been made familiar with the great truth, that one main condition of the prosperity of a people is that its rulers shall have very little power, that they shall exercise that power very sparingly and that they shall by no means presume to raise themselves into supreme judges of the national interest, or deem themselves authorised to defeat the wishes of those whose benefits alone they occupy the post entrusted to them. John Dalli abused the position entrusted to him many times.
John Dalli is not fit to be EU Commissioner. He falsely and maliciously accused me knowing that I was innocent. He had me arrested and terrorised my family for four years. We were forced to leave Malta. He did this to cover up his involvement in the Daewoo Scandal (no connection to Daewoo in Korea). It took me almost four years to prove my innocence. He is an arrogant, incompetent, unaccountable liar. To confirm my claims do a Google search using my name Joseph Ellul Grech, or his name.
